On Monday, a jury ruled against a Texas father, Jeffrey Younger, attempting to stop his seven-year-old son from a gender transition being facilitated by Dr. Anne Georgulas, the\u00a0boy\u2019s mother and Younger\u2019s ex-wife.<\/p>

\u201cWith a consensus of 11 of the 12 jurors, the jury decided not to grant Mr. Younger Sole Managing Conservatorship over his two twin boys,\u201d LifeSiteNews<\/a> reported Monday. \u201cThey voted that the current Joint Managing Conservatorship should be replaced by a Sole Managing Conservatorship, but that Mr. Younger should not be that person.\u201d<\/p>

According to the LifeSiteNews, Georgulas has been granted authority to move forward with puberty blockers<\/a>, which can cause chemical castration, and, potentially, hormones, if she so chooses.<\/p>

According to reporting from The Texan<\/a>, Georgulas\u2019 lawyers Jessica Janicek and Laura Hayes said the mother does not plan on giving James hormone blockers at this time. However, \u201cno one has stated that she (Georgulas) would not be open to using them when James begins puberty,\u201d which would be around age 11 and a half for a boy, the report said.<\/p>

Additionally, with the jury\u2019s decision, Mr. Younger will likely be forced to \u201caffirm\u201d his son\u2019s new gender identity: a girl named \u201cLuna.\u201d<\/p>

\u200b\u201dI want you to imagine having electronic communication with your son on FaceTime, and imagine that your ex-wife has dressed him as a drag queen to talk to you,\u201d Younger told<\/a>\u00a0host Luke Macias during an episode of \u201cThe Luke Macias Show\u201d podcast in January. \u201cHe has false eyelashes and makeup. His hair has got glitter in it. He\u2019s wearing a dress.\u201d<\/p>

\u201cNow imagine how you would feel seeing what I believe is actual sexual abuse \u2014 I believe this is not just emotional abuse but is the very, most fundamental form of sexual abuse, tampering with the sexual identity of a vulnerable boy,\u201d the father continued.<\/p>

As reported<\/a> by The Daily Wire in November, court documents show that Younger\u2019s son only dresses as a girl when he\u2019s with his mother, who calls the boy by his trans name and has even enrolled James as \u201cLuna\u201d in school. According to Younger, however, James consistently chooses to wear boy\u2019s clothes, \u201cviolently refuses to wear girl\u2019s clothes at my home,\u201d and identifies as a boy whenever he is around him.<\/p>

James\u2019 mother has accused Younger of child abuse in their divorce proceedings \u201cfor not affirming James as transgender\u201d and is looking to strip the dad of his parental rights, reported<\/a> The Federalist. Georgulas is also seeking to force Younger to foot the bill for James\u2019 visits to a transgender-affirming therapist and transgender medical alterations, which may include \u201cchemical castration\u201d two years from now, when the child is just eight.<\/p>

The boy, according to Younger, has already been fully \u201csocially transitioned.\u201d<\/p>

\u201c[James] wears a dress at her (his ex-wife\u2019s) home; he has a new made-up name, Luna \u2013 it appears in the court filings. He goes to school; the teachers call him \u2018Luna.\u2019 He uses the girl\u2019s bathroom at school. All of his authority figures \u2013 his mother, his teacher, the librarian at school, the police officer at school, the principal at school \u2013 tell him he\u2019s a girl. I\u2019m the only authority figure in his life that tells him the truth; that he\u2019s actually a boy,\u201d Younger noted during the podcast.<\/p>

The father noted that, in his opinion, he witnessed that his wife \u201cwas only giving [James] love and affection when he was acting like a girl.\u201d She used to lock James in his room and tell him monsters only eat boys, Younger added.<\/p>

\u201cEvery. Single. Day. You have to see your son sexually abused, and you have to maintain your calm,\u201d the Texas father continued, \u201cbecause the courts are not going to be fair to you. And the only way you can survive this and get your son through this alive is to calmly allow your son to be tortured right before your eyes and outlast the opposition. That\u2019s what it\u2019s like.\u201d<\/p>
