Just my conspiracy theory, believing in the Illuminati mumblings, but it sure seems a bit odd to me that Tony Blair would be getting involved with this.

Tony Blair recently joined the Roman Catholic Church, which openly embraces pagan religions as being an acceptable path to “God.” She (the R.C.C.) is the mother of harlots that preaches with enticing words another Jesus, another gospel by another spirit (see II Cor. 11:4) and her popes have, throughout history, put to death tens-of-millions of bible-believing Christians who refused to bow the knee to her idolatry and false teachings.

While professing apostolic authority she is very active in alluring congregations and individuals across the globe by her spiritual fornication; employing crafty schemes within the ecumenical movement such as “Evangelicals & Catholics Together” (E.C.T.), the recent “Manhattan Declaration” and now this new “faith offensive” to further spread confusion. Under the guise of ‘brotherly love’ and ‘social justice’ these do make a mockery of Christ Jesus’ precious blood, His awesome righteousness and holiness by substituting their own works and righteousness (see Matthew 7:21-23). Antichrist and his followers hate the sovereignty of Almighty God and seek to dethrone Him by elevating mere flesh-and-blood men.

Be encouraged to remember and rejoice in the gospel, which is a divine revelation, a heavenly report of the way of salvation by free grace in Jesus Christ! “This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners” (I Timothy 1:15). The Lord Jesus says, “I came not to call the righteous, but sinners to repentance” (Luke 5:32). “It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man. It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in princes” (Psalm 118:8-9).

Your question is very good. It is not a good thing. They are attempting to unite different faiths, not just different Christian denominations. It is part of the New Age theology that is corrupting Christianity from within. It will call for tolerance, meaning to accept that all faiths lead to G-d. This will call for Christians to deny the truth that salvation is only thru Jesus Christ and He is the only way.
