PHILADELPHIA (AP) – A federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit challenging Barack Obama’s qualifications to be president.
Perplexity
“…upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity…”
—Luke 21:25
U.S. District Judge R. Barclay Surrick on Friday night rejected the suit by attorney Philip J. Berg, who alleged that Obama was not a U.S. citizen and therefore ineligible for the presidency. Berg claimed that Obama is either a citizen of his father’s native Kenya or became a citizen of Indonesia after he moved there as a boy.
Obama was born in Hawaii to an American mother and a Kenyan father. His parents divorced and his mother married an Indonesian man.
Internet-fueled conspiracy theories question whether Obama is a “natural-born citizen” as required by the Constitution for a presidential candidate and whether he lost his citizenship while living abroad.
Surrick ruled that Berg lacked standing to bring the case, saying any harm from an allegedly ineligible candidate was “too vague and its effects too attenuated to confer standing on any and all voters.”

There are seven other suits in seven other states on the same subject. It seems that the certificate posted from his campain was the photo-shopped birth certificate of B. Hussain’s sister.
Anyone want to give odds that his grandmother he has rushed off to be with doesn’t survive his visit, she just may be the only living witness that knows the truth of where he was born.
It makes no matter, the puppeteers have the dummies in each party already strung and ready to be played.

There was a time when ideologies were so strong that a judge would be chased from his bench for making such remarks. I am not a cheerleader or advocate of blind patriotism.
However what you see in today’s inclusive society, is the dismissal of ANY kind of ideology that does not fit in with an inclusive “One World” society outlook. The aim of the growing number of “One World” proponents is that we all accept living in a global “village” and hence so what if a candidate cannot prove that he is a natural born citizen of the United States, is there really any harm done if he is not?
The “Beast” is building his “Kingdom” are you prepared?

… which doesn’t actually answer the question at all! Why would they do this? It will not appease Berg., it will simply stall for time — and to my mind makes Obama appear… well, make up your own mind.
This attitude seems to be the way of the world: most people I witness to act just the same… they try to duck the issue or put forth some foolish reason to defer.

If Sen. Obama truly is a “natural-born” US citizen…then why not produce the certified documentation and put an end to all the speculation? Why the stonewalling? Sen. McCain produced his birth certificate when challenged about his citizenship. Both Republican candidates have also released their medical records; Sen. Obama has NOT. Even his college records have been sealed from public scrutiny. What is he hiding? This matter should be very troubling to ALL voters. If Mr. Berg, a US citizen, does NOT have the standing to question Sen. Obama’s eligibility to be a qualified presidental candidate, who does? Does the US Constitution mean anything? What about truth?
