Editors note about the word perilous•FYI: The Greek word (chalepos) (perilous) is only used one other time in the New Testament, Matthew 8:28. There it is translated as (fierce) when describing the nature of the devils that possess Legion and his cohort.
WASHINGTON – Barack Obama is conducting his own affirmative action program to get more Muslims in the White House.
The move began with Rep. Keith Ellison, D-Minn, who took his oath of office with a hand on the Quran, to solicit the resume of what he considered to be the nation’s most qualified adherents of Islam.
According to the Denver Post, when White House officials heard about the program, it was put on overdrive.
So far, 45 Ivy League grads, Fortune 500 executives and government officials have been submitted for consideration.
J. Saleh Williams, program coordinator for the Congressional Muslim Staffers Association, sifted through more than 300 names as part of the search.
“It was mostly under the radar,” Williams said. “We thought it would put (the president) in a precarious position. We didn’t know how closely he wanted to appear to be working with the Muslim American community.”
Ellison is serious about his faith. He made the pilgrimage to Mecca with the sponsorship of the Muslim American Society, an offshoot of the Muslim Brotherhood.
In 1991, Mohamed Akram wrote a memo for the leadership of the Muslim Brotherhood that explained its work in America as “a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within and ‘sabotaging’ its miserable house by their hands and the hands of the believers so that it is eliminated and God’s religion is made victorious over all other religions.”

Obviously I am not at all surprised by this action. He is absolutely a Muslim and NOT a Christian as he claims while in the publc eye. I truly believe this creates an oportunity for we Conservatives that we would not have had without him wanting to specifically put Muslims in his Cabnet. If we as Conservatives are pro-active and assertively determined to have equal representation, we will use this as an opportunity to demand Christians are also represented in the Cabinet.
We all know our Lord is in charge, we know He has a plan and we realize that we mere mortals many times do not know why he allows certain things to happen. This is one of those times and we need to use our God-given gifts to stand up for Him and His kingdom!

Lookie there, Obama’s plan and current actions to implement that plan match that of the Muslim Brotherhood: “…a kind of grand jihad in eliminating and destroying the Western civilization from within…” Now, if President Bush or any other president had sought out Evangelical Christians to add to the gov’t there would have been such an outcry as never before, but no outcry if it’s Obama and Muslims.

Can I presume that our leader will work equally hard to make sure there is an affirmative action program under way to have the same number of born-again christians in the white house as muslims?
Oh, & why the need to put this into “over-drive” & “under the radar”?

We know Christ is LORD and not the false prophet Mohammed.
But if muslims really examine their religion they would see how lame it truly is. What kind of Supreme God needs our help to accomplish anything?
Christ is LORD of all. Of both the believer and the unbeliever, the living and the dead. He is not just a man that lived, but, God the Son. HOLY, omnipotent God, whose judgements are right and true, and whose mercy beckons us to the call. No matter how bad Obamanomics get’s these truths will never change. THEY ARE EVERLASTING.

150 graduates of Pat Robertson’s Regent University flooded the Justice Dept at the behest of GW Bush. Surely you remember Monica Goodling and the other lawyers who were not , shall we say, the “cream of the crop”?

I think almost everything Obama is doing is in “over drive” and “under the radar”. By the time the general population is informed of what actions he’s taking, it’s already been done or almost complete. A gov’t of the people and by the people….not so much.
