It was gift for thanking for a city service contract. She speculated that an elaborate crucifix statue would never be placed, regardless of whether people treat that as an idol or not. I couldn't find an article on it though. She says that Obama (Obomination) wouldn't be politically stupid enough to put the Monkey god idol in the white house. If he were to place it in the white house, it would be big leverage for Hillary Clinton to social-network for his assassination, and the idol would probably stay too.
