The Lutheran CORE annual meeting has 1,200 people signed up to attend compared to the usual average of about 300, the Minneapolis Star Tribune said Saturday.

The newspaper said interest spiked after the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America voted last month to allow gay ministers to lead parishes if the members agree.

“We were grieving after the vote in August,” said the Rev. Dave Glesne. “We were very deeply saddened by that. But this is a new day.”

The Star said a Lutheran CORE steering committee would consider all options, including splitting with the main church. The committee, however, would not make its recommendation until next year’s annual meeting.

In the event of the happenings in the world today a Christian should look at this as the best news of his or her life time. Why do I say this beacuase the Lord said all this things must take place before His return. So sit back and enjoy the works of the Lord. Of us who do not like the President of the day. It was not us who put him in it was the work of the Lord to use him for his return.

Remember “the decision you make today will be your choice for eternity”

Have a nice day with Jesus

Scripture is clear on this issue. Homosexuality is an abomination.
Gay clergy? an oxymoron if ever there was one.
