Animals can't fight it well. Their cerbral cortexes handle very little beyond sensory processoring and motor control (reptitles to mammals). But humans have higher brain function (frontal lobes) that can overcome the temptations. I think I would agree with the article - fix the lust/arousal genetic trash prenatally if one can, but still no abortions or same-sex sexual interation.
